This policy explains how Radiant Health Consulting handles personal information collected through radianthealthconsulting.com, under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect and why

• Contact forms: your name, email, phone (contact page) and message, only to answer your request. Messages are sent to us by email and are not stored on the website.
• Purchases: book orders are paid through PayPal, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to run and secure the site.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. YouTube videos only load if you click “Play video”; YouTube may then set its own cookies. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address.

Sharing and storage outside Quebec

Only the people who need it to answer you see your information. Our website hosting and email providers may store it outside Quebec. Before doing so, we make sure it will be adequately protected. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: 3 years after our last contact with you. Server logs: about one month.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the Privacy Officer. We answer within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
